Khaybar Grappling

Terms & Conditions

The expectations that help Khaybar Grappling sessions run fairly and safely.

Last updated: 6 October 2026

1. These terms

These terms cover participation in Khaybar Grappling sessions and use of this website. Read them alongside our Session Rules & Mat Code before registering or paying. Ask the organiser about anything unclear before joining.

For questions, contact Khaybar Grappling at wilayahgrappling12@gmail.com, through @khaybargrappling on Instagram or speak to the organiser at a session.

2. Registration & participation

Registration must be completed before entering the mat. Walk-ins may register at the door. Registration does not guarantee admission if a session is full or participation would be unsafe. Anyone under 18 must speak to the organiser about eligibility and parental consent before attending.

3. Session times & changes

Sessions start on Fridays at 7:30 PM. Please arrive by 7:20 PM. Check with the organising team for changes before travelling. If a session is cancelled or materially changed by us, we will explain the available alternative or refund arrangements and honour any rights required by law.

4. Payments, passes & refunds

Payment arrangements and the validity of any pass will be explained before purchase. Payments and passes are non-transferable. There is no discretionary refund or rollover for sessions you choose not to attend.

This policy does not exclude refunds, cancellation rights or other remedies you are entitled to by law, including where we fail to provide the service as agreed. Contact the organiser if you believe a refund is due.

5. Training safety

Grappling involves physical contact and a risk of injury. Follow the coach’s instructions, respect every tap and train within your ability. Tell the coach before training about an injury or limitation relevant to safe participation. Stop if you feel unwell or unsafe.

Participation is voluntary. These terms are not a waiver of the organiser’s duty to exercise reasonable care and skill.

6. Behaviour & removal

We may stop participation or ask someone to leave to protect the safety and wellbeing of others, including for aggressive behaviour or breaches of the Mat Code. Refund decisions will take account of the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

7. Personal belongings & liability

Keep belongings safely away from the training area. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Photos & filming

Ask the organiser and everyone identifiable in a recording before taking photos or filming. Do not post images of others without their permission.

9. Website & external links

This website provides information about the club. Links to Instagram and other websites take you to services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Website content may be updated; updates do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.

10. Questions & complaints

Raise concerns with the organising team by emailing wilayahgrappling12@gmail.com, through Instagram or at a session so we can try to resolve them. Nothing here restricts your statutory rights or your right to use any available complaint or legal remedy.
