Khaybar Grappling is responsible for personal information you provide directly to our organising team in enquiries. This notice covers our information website and those enquiries. For questions or a privacy request, email wilayahgrappling12@gmail.com, contact the organising team through @khaybargrappling on Instagram or speak to the organiser at a session. Please do not send sensitive health information through Instagram.
2. Information entered on this website
This website has no registration form, checkout, mailing-list sign-up or member account. There is no facility here to submit your name, contact details, payment details or medical information.
3. Enquiries by email or Instagram
If you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share, such as your email address, name, Instagram username and message. We use these to respond to your enquiry and manage any follow-up. Our lawful basis for routine enquiries is our legitimate interest in communicating with people interested in the club.
Correspondence may be handled by the organising team and the email or messaging provider used to deliver it. We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to resolve your request and follow-up, or where a legal obligation or an ongoing dispute requires retention. Please do not include sensitive health information in a routine enquiry.
4. Hosting, technical data & cookies
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver the site and protect its security. This website has no member sign-in. See the Cloudflare privacy policy for information about its processing.
We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, social-media embeds or cookies to this website’s own code. The hosting provider may process technical data for delivery and security; its privacy information applies to that processing. This notice does not specify the platform’s retention periods or international transfer arrangements.
5. Instagram & other external links
Instagram is linked rather than embedded. Clicking the link takes you to Instagram, where its own privacy policy applies. Messages sent there are processed through Instagram. The same principle applies to other external source links.
6. Registration at sessions
Session registration takes place separately at the door, not on this website. Before completing the form, request the registration privacy information from the organiser. It should explain who is responsible for the data, what is collected, why and on what lawful basis, who receives it, and how long it is kept.
This website notice does not describe or replace the separate notice for registration, attendance, payments, emergency contacts or health information.
